Follow these simple instructions to enroll your child:
1. Fill out the following on-line enrollment form.
2. Select your payment preference (credit card, check, etc.)
3. After submitting your form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail/phone call with a request for payment.
4. If you do not receive a phone call or e-mail within one week of sending your registration, please contact me using the "Contact Page" on this website.
5. Please complete payment requests as quickly as possible. Thanks!
